Role Overview

BCD Global's Marketing & Communications team is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to create visually compelling content that reflects the gravitas and ambition of our brand. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality print and digital assets across our corporate and project communications.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design

Create on-brand marketing materials including brochures, presentations, reports, and promotional assets across print and digital.

Print Production

Manage end-to-end print production workflows, ensuring quality and accuracy from concept to delivery.

Real Estate Collateral

Design project-specific collateral for real estate developments, maintaining consistency with master brand guidelines.

Digital Assets

Produce digital content for social media, email campaigns, digital signage, and the company website.

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, communications, and business development teams to align creative output with strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong corporate/real estate portfolio.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and specifications.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and corporate identity systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
